 Badged volunteers needed  to regularly assist in the Library. Assistance is needed to check books in and out and shelving books. There are other tasks that require time, of which there is never enough. Volunteers free up the Librarian to work with the students in book selection and project completion.  Sign up to indicate your interest to help or to learn more.

On Friday, November 21st Grandparents of students from K-6 will be invited to mass with the students and then time in our school's classrooms.  We need volunteers for that day to help sign-in grandparents to the school building and be available to serve refreshments.  We also need donations of items and snacks for our grandparents.

In the afternoon on November 21st we will have our returning assembly from last year Creatures Great and Small.  Animals will be present and will be passed around to students to hold and learn about.  We are looking for 3 volunteers to help.

 November 24th is the first day of Parent-Teacher Conferences.  The PTO likes to take the opportunity on this half day to treat our teachers and staff to lunch, to say Thank You for all you do!  

We need our parent bakers and chefs to help make appetizers, soups, dishes, and desserts for our teachers!  We also need help with donations for drinks, plates, bowls, cutlery and more!  Extra snack items are always welcomed so teachers have grab and go items available to keep them fueled and energized between meeting with all of us parents!

We are in need of items for donation, volunteers for set-up, youth and adult volunteers the day of the event, and volunteers to help clean up and take down the event.
