This is one of our only year-round volunteer opportunities to serve students directly in a classroom. Each age group meets once a week- for 60-90 minutes dependent on the grade.
You will assist our lead catechist as the children complete their work in the Good Shepherd Atrium.

Volunteer Opportunities
School Painting and Landscaping Help
We need your help! With our school spearheading the Classical Curriculum for the Diocese, we are expecting to have a lot of visitors in the coming year, and we want our school to look its best!
We need volunteers next week (week of July 10) to prep the classrooms and hallways for painting (take things off walls, spackle, etc.). Then we need volunteers the week of July 17 to paint, weed, mulch, etc.
If you are able to help any time during those weeks, please email Randy Mentzell at rmentzell@sjbnf.org to let us know when you are available to help out. The inside work would be done during the day, but the outside work can be flexible into the evening or early hours to avoid working in the heat.
This is a great opportunity to get in scholarship hours for you and volunteer hours for your older kids (as long as you are there with them), while at the same time making our school shine.
